Terms
Terms of use
Last updated 30 October 2026.
These terms cover Fettle Software's websites (fettle.software, desk.fettle.software, board.fettle.software, code.fettle.software, waitlist.fettle.software and portal-teams.fettle.software) and the Fettle waitlist. By using them you agree to these terms. Questions: contact@fettle.software.
The software has its own licence
Fettledesk, Fettleboard and Fettlecode are governed by the Fettle Community Licence published with each app, not by these terms. See copyright and licence.
Using the sites
- Use the sites lawfully, and don't try to disrupt them, break into them, or overload them, for example by automated scraping at scale.
- Only sign up to the waitlist with an email address that's yours, or that you're allowed to use.
Our content
The text, images, screenshots, designs and logos on our sites are © Fettle Software unless we say otherwise. You're welcome to link to any page, and to quote short passages with credit to Fettle Software. Anything more needs our permission. Our names and logos are trademarks: see trademarks.
Information, plans and prices
We work to keep the sites accurate, but they're general information, not advice. Features, plans, dates and prices described as planned or indicative may change, and aren't offers. A price applies only once it's agreed in writing.
Donations
Donations are gifts that support Fettle's development. They don't buy goods, services, support or a licence, and aren't tax-deductible. Refunds are handled through the platform you donated with, and as the law requires.
Other sites
Links to other sites, such as GitHub, are for convenience. Those sites have their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The sites are provided as they are, without warranty, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that can't lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the sites.
Everything else
- These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
- If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed.
